Let me tell you about the surprise of the season about the Taylormade Qi 10 max Max driver. I’ll be honest, I didn’t think this driver would get in our top two spots. I mean, most review sites were just slapping the “most forgiving” label on it and calling it a day. But holy smokes, did it prove us wrong! When we took this beast straight out of the box for a spin, it blew our minds. Yeah, it’s forgiving as all get out like hitting off a pillow, but that’s not all. This thing sneaks in a bit more distance than the competition and get this, it’s scary accurate too but was a hair behind our number one pick when your stance wasn’t totally correct. Now, I know what you’re thinking. It’s got a “Big head, lots of forgiveness, must be slow as molasses, right?” Wrong! TaylorMade pulled some David Copperfield magic here. They’ve slapped on a bigger carbon fiber crown, tweaked the weighting to the extreme, and somehow kept the ball speed cranking. This TaylorMade wonder child will keep proving it could forgive your worst swings without turning your drives into little league hits.
